Hello! Originaly from Islamabad, Pakistan I was 6 years old when my family moved to Ottawa, Canada.
Ever since I can remember I have always loved technology. Growing up I always wanted to work
in tech. but I never knew exactly what career to pursue. Well, that was the case until
I got to grade 10. In grade 10 I took a computer science
class and absolutely fell in love with programming. From that point on I knew that
I want to have a career as a
software engineer.
Currently, I am a fourth-year computer science student at Carleton University.
The languages I love to program in are: JavaScript, Java, C, and SQL.
I have experience with technologies and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Node, MongoDB, Linux, BASH, Angular, and Spring Boot.
I have completed 2 internships during my time at university. I worked as a developer for the Government of Canada - IRCC
(Summer 2022) and more recently I worked as a full-stack developer at Innovapost (Summer 2023). I am currently looking for internships/new-grad roles.
My expected graduation date is May 2024.
